Pomfret fish is quite popular among fish lovers. People love to satisfy their taste buds with its overwhelming taste.
Ingredients:
- Soya sauce (light)- 1 tbsp
- Pomfret (whole)-1
- Chicken stock-1 cup
- Garlic (minced)- 1 tbsp
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Corn flour paste- 1 tbsp
- Peppercorn (crushed)- ½ tbsp.
- Salt- As per taste
Direction:
- Wash the fish well & then coat it with corn-flour.
- Fry it well until turn golden brown in colour.
- Take it off from the oven & place the deep fried fish separately.
- Now take a pan & heat oil over medium temperature.
- Add the mashed peppercorn & let it sauté for a few seconds.
- Pour the minced garlic & sauté again.
- Add the soya sauce along with the chicken stock.
- Use salt to season properly.
- Now add the corn-flour paste to get the thick texture.
- Coat the fried fish well with the thick gravy & decorate it with some minced coriander.
