Mushrooms always allow you to get some different taste. Try the following recipe for your family holiday & enjoy the meal.
Ingredients:
- Onion- 4
- Ginger- 1 piece
- Salt- As per taste
- Clarified butter/ghee- 3 tbsp
- Tomato- 7-8
- Mushroom- 200 gm
- Cashew nut- ½ cup
- Cream- 1 cup
- Green chilli- 2
- Sugar- 1 tsp
- Garam masala- ½ tsp (blend)
- Red chilli powder- As much heat as you can enjoy
Direction:
- Firstly chop the mushrooms into 2 portions each.
- Thinly cut all the other vegetables.
- Take a frying pan & heat ghee over medium temperature.
- Add the chopped onions & fry them until they turn golden in colour.
- Now pour the tomatoes along with the green chillies & ginger.
- When tomatoes turn soft take it off from the oven & use the mixture to grind it.
- Now cook the mixture in a pan along with red chilli powder, sugar, garam masala, cashew nuts (dust), salt & cream.
- Stir well & let it cook for almost 3-4 minutes & then pour the chopped mushrooms.
- Mix well & allow it to cook over low heat till the mushrooms are well done.
- Remove it from the heat & serve them hot.
