• To get the smooth gravy keep a container handy with a firm lid. Add 3-4 tbsp flour in the jar & pour the water. Shake properly to mix well & pour in the gravy.
• Pour a little amount of club soda in your roasting pan; it will solidify the browned bits early.
• Marinate the tough meat in a mixture of 1 cup beef broth & ½ cup of vinegar over night, it will help to soften the tough meat.
• To get tenderized meat, always add the tomatoes while preparing a pot roast.
• Create a small hole in the center while making hamburgers; it will help you to cook it faster without getting overcooked.

• To eliminate the fishy odour sprinkle the salt on the fish fat while frying.
• Create a mixture of ¾ cup water with 1/3 cup of milk powder. Put the fish in a baking pan with the mixture, it will remove the frozen taste.
• To resist the bacon from curling while frying plunge it in the flour before frying.
• You can scatter a little amount of sugar in the frying pan to reduce the chances of sticking while frying the bacon.
• Pour about 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses in the beef stew, it will enhance the taste.
