Want to be little more creative with your puff pastries, want to make them tastier with some simple procedures, then your solution is here. Try to following preparation & satisfy your appetite along with some creativity.
Ingredients:
- Paprika- ½ tsp
- Honey- 1 cup
- Sugar- A pinch of
- Salt- According to taste
- Sesame/tahini paste- ½ cup
- Pepper- As per taste
- Puff pastry (ready rolled)- 2 sheets (thawed)
- Red chilli- 1 (freshly chopped)
Directions:
- At 400 F preheat the oven.
- Take a required sized bowl & add the paprika, chilli, sugar & tahini together.
- Use salt & pepper for proper seasoning.
- Mix well & distribute the mixture evenly all over the pastry.
- Now take a single pastry sheet & bend all the sides in such a way that they can meet in the centre area.
- To create a four levelled rectangle, bend one side over the other one.
- Place these folded pastries into your refrigerator for almost 30 minutes (till they get the firm texture).
- Chop the pastry in 1 cm slices each, by using your knife & then put them over baking sheet covered with parchment.
- Let it bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Make sure that you have maintained some gap in-between those pastry slices.
- After baking it well sprinkle some honey & serve it hot.
