Corn is considered as a healthy food. However sometimes, people just keep rejecting these types of healthy foods because of its awful taste. The following will help you to get a healthy dish which is quite tasty too.
Ingredients:
- Paneer /cottage cheese- 225 gm
- Maida/flour- 1 tea cup
- Oil- for deep frying
- Potatoes- 4 (boiled)
- Coriander- 2 tbsp (minced)
- Corn- 1 tea cup (boiled)
- Green chillies-3-4 (chopped)
- Bread crumbs
- Cheese- 4 tbsp (grated)
For serving:
Tomato ketchup or Chilli sauce
Ingredients for sauce:
- Butter- 4 tbsp
- Milk- 2 tea cups
- Flour- 4 tbsp
Direction:
- To make the sauce take a high bottom vessel & heat butter over a moderate temperature.
- Sauté the flour for 30 seconds to a minute.
- Pour the milk & cook till the mixture turns thick.
- Chop the cottage cheese/paneer along with the boiled potatoes.
- Take another vessel & mix the green chillies along with the cheese, potatoes, coriander, corn, paneer & salt.
- Prepare small balls out of the mixture.
- In ½ cup of water mix the flour well.
- Now plunge the balls in the paste, roll them over the bed of bed crumbs & now deep fry them in properly measured amount of oil.
- Serve these hot balls with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
