Peas are always a flavour enhancer, specially in vegetarian dishes we prefer to use peas. This time we have used three types of peas for some unforgettable as well as healthy recipe.
Ingredients:
- Snow peas (trimmed)- 1 cup
- Canola oil- 2 tsp
- Sugar snap peas (frozen or fresh)- 1 cup
- Lemon juice- 4 tsp
- Lemon zest (freshly grated)- ½ tsp
- Frozen peas- 2 cup
- Salt- As per taste
- Butter- 1 tsp
- Tarragon (dried)- 1 ½ tsp
Direction:
- Take a large sized non-stick skillet.
- Heat oil on medium temperature and pour the sugar snap peas along with the snow peas.
- Stir frequently & allow it to cook for almost 2-4 minutes.
- Now add the frozen peas & stir again properly.
- Let it cook for almost 3-5 minutes more.
- Take it off from the oven & add the lemon juice along with the butter, tarragon & lemon zest.
- Mix all the ingredients well & sprinkle salt for seasoning.
