Healthy Souped Up Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

  • Egg white- 1
  • Worcestershire sauce- 2 tsp
  • Turkey (lean ground) – 1 lb
  • Onion mushroom soup mix- 1 package
  • Cavenders (salt free) – for seasoning (according to taste)
  • Teriyaki sauce (low sodium) – 1 tsp
  • Liquid smoke- 2 tsp
  • Chopped onion & mushrooms- If you want to add

Direction:

  • Take a baking pan & use the foil along with the non stick spray for lining it.
  • At 4000 degree F preheat the oven.
  • Take a medium sized bowl & combine all the ingredients.
  • Mix well & prepare patties out of the mixture.
  • Put the patties over the prepared baking pan & for almost 15-20 minutes allow it to bake.
  • Have these baked patties with your meal or salad or even with sandwich.
  • Addition of freshly streamed broccoli can enhance the total flavour.
