This is the beginning of a new year & with some chill in the air. This time of the year people just love to taste different types of cake. So don’t waste any more time & prepare some mouth watering cakes.

Ingredients:

• Baking powder- 3 tsp
• Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
• Salt- ¼ tsp
• Baking soda- 1 tsp
• Coffee- ½ cup
• Fine wheat flour/maida- 3 ½ cup
• Honey- 2 cup
• Eggs- 4
• Whiskey- 1 shot glass
• Sugar- 1 cup
• Oil- 1 cup

Direction:

• Take your mixture & pour honey along with eggs, vanilla, oil, whiskey & sugar.
• Mix all the ingredients for almost 3-4 minutes.
• Gently add the baking soda along with the flour, salt & baking powder.
• Arrange a 15 x 11 inch square pan & grease it well.
• Now pour the whole mixture into the greased pan.
• At 350 degree allow it to bake for almost 1 hour & 10-15 minutes (until the tooth pick is removed clean from the cake).
