Whole Wheat and Its Benefits

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough
Ingredients:

  • Hot water- 1 cup
  • Honey- 1 tbsp
  • Active dry yeast- .25 ounce
  • Whole wheat flour- 2 cup
  • Salt- As per taste
  • Wheat germ- ¼ cup

Direction:

  • At 175 degree C (350 degree F) preheat the oven.
  • Take a small sized bowl & combine together warm water along with yeast.
  • Allow it to liquefy completely (for almost 10 minutes).
  • Now take a large sized bowl & mix together salt along with flour & wheat germ.
  • Mix well with yeast mixture along with honey.
  • Cover the bowl & keep it in a warm place (just for a few minutes).
  • Now make a roll out of the dough over the pizza pan (floured) & use a fork to create a few holes.
  • For almost 5-10 minutes allow it to bake in a preheated oven (till you get the crispy texture).
