Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
- Hot water- 1 cup
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Active dry yeast- .25 ounce
- Whole wheat flour- 2 cup
- Salt- As per taste
- Wheat germ- ¼ cup
Direction:
- At 175 degree C (350 degree F) preheat the oven.
- Take a small sized bowl & combine together warm water along with yeast.
- Allow it to liquefy completely (for almost 10 minutes).
- Now take a large sized bowl & mix together salt along with flour & wheat germ.
- Mix well with yeast mixture along with honey.
- Cover the bowl & keep it in a warm place (just for a few minutes).
- Now make a roll out of the dough over the pizza pan (floured) & use a fork to create a few holes.
- For almost 5-10 minutes allow it to bake in a preheated oven (till you get the crispy texture).
